NASCIMENTO, Rafael Caetano do  y  JOAQUIM, Felipe Ferreira. Writing, reading and experimentation in Workshop Cycles. Educ. Teoria Prática [online]. 2023, vol.33, n.66, e62.  Epub 07-Ago-2024. ISSN 1981-8106.  https://doi.org/10.18675/1981-8106.v33.n.66.s17253.

The following text presents the Workshop Cycles that was, during the critical period of the Covid-19 pandemic, an extension initiative developed by the Universidade Federal de Tocantins (UFT) and coordinated by the authors, substitute professors of the aforementioned instituion. The workshop Cycle is characterized as a proposal for experimentation through reading and writing, with virtual meetings in real time where participants are invited to produce writings to be shared, using several objects of different languages/natures as triggers/devices to the writing process. As a textual composition strategy, and considering cartography and research-experimentation as theoretical-methodological horizons, we chose to describe our formative itinerary, highlighting the option for the workshop as a convenient format for educational practices of an experimental nature, and the way in wich reading and writing practices contributed to the construction of this journey, until they became the object fundamental to our interest as educators and researchers. We conclude with a cartography of the eight editions of the Workshop Cycle held by UFT, tracing some reflective elements, in line with the speeches and writings recorded by the participants, who argue in favor of experimentation as an educational motto, using reading and writing as inventive practices of the self, the other and worlds.
