Book apps come with reading tools that let you explore multimedia Introduction: The book apps are presented in the scientific literature as reading tools that allow exploring multimedia features, interactivity and specific functionalities of digital devices in storytelling. A systematic review of the literature was carried out covering the years 2015 and 2016 in 3 databases: Google academic, Scielo and Portal Capes, aiming to raise scientific production on children's book apps and the effects of interactive resources on experience of children, in order to identify the relations of the subject. Three databases of scientific publications were classified as secondary sources for data collection, carried out in December 2016. Initially, 86.877 references were identified, listing the main axes of the topic, after all filters and reading Titles and abstracts only 13 met the criteria defined, being analyzed. The study took place in the interdisciplinary perspective, where it was observed the importance of working the children's book apps in the construction of good literary experiences for children, since they allow to explore the narrative text and acquire skills to deal with multimodal reading.
