Abstract

GONCALVES, Crislainy de Lira; ALMEIDA, Lucinalva Andrade Ataíde de  and  LEITE, Carlinda Maria Ferreira Alves Faustino. EVALUATION PRACTICES AND PROFESSIONALISM IN EVERYDAYS - AN ANALYSIS OF ACADEMIC PRODUCTIONS. Revista Teias [online]. 2018, vol.19, n.54, pp.209-225.  Epub Sep 05, 2021. This article analyzes discourses about learning evaluation in papers published in the Encontro Nacional de Didática e Práticas de Ensino, Encontro de Pesquisa Educacional Norte e Nordeste and Associação Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação em Educação. In these academic spaces were selected papers that had as a locus of discursive production the school everyday, focusing on the evaluative practices of teachers. These papers, which are subject to a discourse analysis, point out that the evaluation, in the practices that make it a reality, constitutes a founding element for teaching knowledge affirmation and, hence, for the affirmation of the professional nature of the practices developed by the teachers, namely for implying decisions making in teachers’ work autonomy, contributing to teacher professionalization.

Keywords : Evaluation practices; Decision-making; Teacher professionalization.
