Abstract

The article aims to communicate key developments and findings of a study about the Colombian educational reality, viewed from the current conditions that the reformation of the educational policy in Colombia, in particular, the recent measures in curriculum. It is a documentary study, in which he attends the conceptual developments of contemporary studies of the curriculum, especially to the everyday curriculum creation, together with the pedagogical contributions of popular education and educational practices in movements to say conclusively that, the curricular reification is one of the axes of the neoliberal hegemonic educational project led by the Organization for the Economic Cooperation and Development - OECD, while, from other alternative forms of education and Popular education against hegemonic projects that revitalize the curriculum such as creation of a cultural field are conceived, in which the subjects are agents in the production of alternative systems of meanings in which pedagogy acquires a transformer and inspiring character of new directions for the education in Latin America.
