This article aims to reflect on how the voices and opinions of children are being considered within the school context. Fruit of an ethnographic research aimed at studying children and their cultures, was one of the main results that lead to believe that children have cultures that are different from the adult in this way, they say, if expression, but in your vast majority are disregarded. In this way we would like to point out that it is necessary an empathy in relationships, children and adults in order to understand the small, their needs, as well as the best way to learn the content and the main knowledge historically built.
