The objective of this text is to socialize pedagogical experiences of incorporation of cultural repertoires, to the teaching content of history, legends and aboriginal myths of the Cuban city of Cienfuegos. With these local cultural repertoires, a methodological alternative is organized that, based on in-depth analysis, interpretation and understanding, from the narrative hermeneutic context, allows education in values for a culture of peace against violence. As part of these repertoires, it includes the selection of artistic creations of the city, which facilitate the dialogue that produces knowledge in the multiple local educational spaces of the 21st century. One of the conclusions is the demand and need for continuing education regarding the topic addressed.
