Abstract

HORA, Dayse Martins. FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES, MUDANÇAS NO TRABALHO DIDÁTICO E EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA. Revista Teias [online]. 2018, vol.19, n.55, pp.286-299.  Epub Feb 17, 2020. ISSN 1982-0305.  https://doi.org/10.12957/teias.2018.29328.

This text intends to discuss about the changes in didactic work resulting from the practices of distance education in higher education courses for teachers. The methodological support was the bibliographical research. We analyze the data from the three constituent elements of the organization of didactic work - the relationship, mediation and space - used by Alves (2002), focusing on the practices of distance education in teacher training. We consider the paradoxes between individualized and collective attendance in the practice where the increase of the number of students characterizes a mass higher education and we question the incompatibilities between the forms of organization of the individualized and collective didactic work in the practices of distance education.

Keywords : Teaching Work; Didactic Work; Distance Education.
