This bibliographical article makes some reflections about Educational Biography, as research -training devices in education, intertwined with the context of curricular policies in the daily life of beginning teachers. Its purpose is to understand the implications of current curricular policies in the context of the identities of beginning teachers. The results show that the confrontation that the professional in the beginning of the teaching career faces, due to the changes that have been imposed and delineated in the context of neoliberal society currently, above all, of the curricular policies, brings innumerable doubts and ambiguities related to the know ledge and actions which are necessary to mobilize in the daily practice of pe dagogy.
