A proposal is presented in this study to reflect on neurosciences, neuropsychology and their perspectives for the learning process. We begin with a brief historical account of advances in neuroscience and employment in education. Then, teaching work and teacher training as a reflection between theory and practice is underlined. Descriptive research was used with a qualitative deductive approach and functionalist procedure. Scientific books and articles will be used as a theoretical basis. With contributions from the neuropsychopedagogy, it is necessary to have a look at the evaluation of methods, learning resources and the human relationship between teacher and student. neuropsychopedagogy helps motivate students to study through personalized stimuli and methods for each student, in order to respect their methods and learning channels, cognitive assessment, intellectual and emotional autonomy of each student, because it is stimulated by curiosity and creativity. Therefore, it’s understood that neuropsychopedagogy is a new area in the educational field that requires deconstructed to reconstruct, transforming the students' learning process.
