Abstract

MONTE, Ana Lidia Lopes do Carmo  and  VIDAL, Eloisa Maia. LARGE SCALE ASSESSMENTS IN BRAZILIAN MUNICIPALITIES IN THESES AND DISSERTATIONS CAPES CATALOG. Revista Teias [online]. 2020, vol.21, n.spe, pp.101-117.  Epub Jan 20, 2021. ISSN 1982-0305.  https://doi.org/10.12957/teias.2020.44105.

This paper analyzes the academic productions about evaluation policies in Brazilian municipalities, from the survey of national theses and dissertations, from 2005 to 2017 Theses and Dissertations Capes Catalog. It is a bibliographic research and aims to elucidate the theme in academic studing using entries we considered relevant and broad. It was possible to identify 13 studies related to educational evaluation in Brazilian municipalities, from which were found 3 theses and 10 dissertations, involving 9 counties and 32 municipalities. The results point to interesting clues, such as the involvement of school actors in the implementation of strategies designed by municipal, state and federal agencies aimed at improving educational indicators linked to evaluation policies and that the centrality that large-scale evaluations occupy in the daily lives of managers it leaves them little margin for maneuver in the policy implementation process.

Keywords : academic production; educational evaluation policies; brazilian municipalities.
