The objective was to map the production of knowledge in the field of Psychology of Mathematical Education, specifically about the concept of attitude in teacher education based on the investigative tendency of three Brazilian research groups. The central focus of the study was to carry out a mapping in order to identify the contribution of studies to the advancement of the theoretical debate on teaching practice and attitude of teachers from the early years in the period from 2008 to 2018. With the analysis of theses and dissertations, we highlight the It is important for students' families and teachers to have a positive attitude towards mathematics, as these individuals have a strong influence on the formation of attitudes.
