Law 10.639/2003, in isolation, will not have a real effect on the teaching and learning process in Brazilian basic education. The issue is amplified and it is necessary to reflect on the constitution of the school, its didactic pillars that do not reflect the way of thinking / existing / expressing of most people in the country. This research reflects on the teaching and learning processes inspired by the traditional knowledge of Candomblé Congo-Angola, anchored in the Bantu philosophy, in its worldview and notion of society. To deepen the discussion, Terreiro Unzó ia Kisimbi ria Maza Nzambi is aphrographed in the research as an inspiration to think of an anti-racist education that favors the integration of the person as the core of the process.
