Considering a new cycling phenomenon that significantly impacts the county of Volta Redonda-RJ, the present study delves into the educational practices of urban tribes who use bicycles as a practice of sociality. It should be noted that such groups have no relationship with the public or private authorities, but it emerges from practical policies of the personas that inhabit the referred space-time. The objective of the work was to dive into the practical policies of urban cycling tribes in the county of Volta Redonda - RJ, making visible possible forms of sociality. Methodologically we opted for Daily Studies, more specifically by the comprehensive sociology, since privileged the dive to understand the forms in / of the socio-cultural policies of the investigated social groups. Whereas we are carrying out the first investigative approaches, we use the WhatsApp application for data production, the Bike Anjo group official website, images from newspapers and websites.
