Abstract

MIKLOS, Dilson. PAULO FREIRE AND WALTER BENJAMIN: notes about time, history, the field of the sensitive and education. Revista Teias [online]. 2021, vol.22, n.67, pp.172-189.  Epub Feb 14, 2023. ISSN 1982-0305.  https://doi.org/10.12957/teias.2021.62041.

The article presents conceptual approaches between Paulo Freire and Walter Benjamin who, temporarily apart, were committed to x-raying their time and recording, without disguises, the barbarism and the processes of exclusion in its various expressions. It is in this encounter, crossed by the aesthetic, ethical and political, that we highlight an experience that manifests itself in the space of teacher education. The sensitive field is where the praxis of sensibilities and narrativimages emerge, concepts that affirm the power of the processes of creation and its transforming action on the subject in his dialogue with himself, with the world and with training processes.

Keywords : Paulo Freire; Walter Benjamin; teacher training; narrativimages; sensibilities práxis.
