This text presents a curricular experience report of a Specialization Course held in the city of Irecê/BA to qualify teachers in the school system. The demand for qualification in this County resulted in an Education Program for Teachers, implemented in 2004 with the degree in Pedagogy - elementary education. This provided the opportunity to graduate two classes, privileging almost all teachers in the municipal network. This situation generated the demand for graduate studies, resulting in the proposal for the Specialization Course in School Curriculum, which is being planned for the third group, in line with the dynamics of the network: proposal for (re)formulation of its school curriculum. In this article, after a brief history of the aforementioned Program, which includes the course under study - the Specialization -, the concept of Pedagogy of a-com-tecer (acontecer means happen, in English) is explained, which underlies the curricular design assumed in it, based on the abandonment of the idea of application/execution of something thought a priori, since what happens is actualizations of possibilities. The experience developed is presented through the contrast between the curriculum-document and the curriculum-praxis in each of the three curricular cycles of the Course, under the name of Thoughtful possibilities - the document; and Updates - reports of the a-com-tecer. It is evident that the curricular matrix, organized in curricular activities and in a flexible and comprehensive flowchart, allows the intervention/participation of the course-teacher in their training process, at the same time that it shows that not all possibilities are updated in the dynamics of the a-com-tecer curriculum.
