This study brings a clipping of the work done by the Secretaria de Educação do Estado do Amazonas in relation to remote classes during the pandemic of The new Coronavirus - Covid-19 in the years 2020 and 2021. In this context, the main objective was to identify the challenges of Remote Teaching in the development of School function, as well as its continuity and/or discontinuity in pedagogical processes developed by it, highlighting how the people evolved and its pedagogical strategies could, somehow, achieve about 415.000 students enrolled in the State Institutions. The methodology used was based on the analysis of the bibliographic institutional documents leading during the Pandemic period made by the Secretaria de Educação e Desporto do Estado do Amazonas. Apart from the documents, the students participation was registered by a link in Google forms sent to the student body enrolled in the years 2020 and 2021, which was used as pedagogical monitoring beside the State Schools. The results showed us that teachers had provided pedagogical contents to students making use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) digital and analogs, showing that a significative number of students in the region could acquire knowledge and progress in learning by the different strategies that could minimize the impact caused in the process of teaching and learning between the students.
