Abstract

TOMAS, Roser Boix. FORMACIÓN INICIAL DEL DOCENTE Y PLANIFICACIÓN EM EL AULA MULTIGRADO. Revista Teias [online]. 2023, vol.24, n.72, pp.386-393.  Epub Aug 03, 2023. ISSN 1982-0305.  https://doi.org/10.12957/teias.2023.70623.

This article reflects on the importance and need to learn to plan for the multigrade classroom from initial teacher training. The initial training of teachers does not contemplate, or does so scarcely, the rural school and the multigrade classroom. Consequently, future teachers do not know the teaching-learning process in the rural classroom, nor of course the importance and need for multigrade planning in order to give an adequate response to the diversity and heterogeneity characteristic of this classroom, and as a key instrument to design and implement educational innovations that facilitate the improvement of the quality of education in rural areas and make the rural school visible within the framework of educational policies and practices.

Keywords : planning; multigrade; training.
