Abstract

CALHEIROS, Vicente Cabrera; CASTAMAN, Ana Sara  and  FERREIRA, Liliana Soares. PEDAGOGICAL WORK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMIC: discussing the case of the gaúcho federal institutes. Revista Teias [online]. 2024, vol.25, n.76, pp.236-251.  Epub Mar 07, 2024. ISSN 1982-0305.  https://doi.org/10.12957/teias.2024.73678.

assumed in Brazil in the first half of 2020, with wide and deep repercussions on pedagogical work. Within a complex and varied set of changes throughout the national territory, the objective of this study is to investigate the impacts on pedagogical work in Professional and Technological Education, having as an empirical field the discourses of teachers from the three Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology (IFs) present in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. For the production of data, an online questionnaire was applied and the study was theoretically and methodologically based on the Analysis of Movements of Sense. It was found that there were disparate understandings, the maintenance/permanence of relationships that already took place before the pandemic period. It is considered that it is necessary to understand how each teacher deals with these “news”, in order to understand the complexity of remote pedagogical work.

Keywords : pedagogical work; pandemic; education; federal institutes.
