ROSA, Bruna Martins da  y  JESUS, Suzana Cavalheiro de. RACIAL SHAREHOLDERS AND THE LABOR MARKET: the trajectory of Unipampa graduates from 2015 to 2022. Revista Teias [online]. 2024, vol.25, n.78, pp.107-123.  Epub 11-Oct-2024. ISSN 1982-0305.  https://doi.org/10.12957/teias.2024.83752.

The purpose of this work is to present part of the results obtained through the research of a master's thesis, defended in the Postgraduate Program in Teaching - PPGE. To this end, we sought to analyze historical issues regarding education and the job market for the black Brazilian population. Furthermore, the path to insertion in the job market of black, black and mixed-race quota graduates from in-person undergraduate courses at Unipampa's Campus Bagé who entered the course from 2015 to 2018 and completed the course between 2018 and 2022. It should be noted that this is a qualitative research that combines historical analysis and content analysis of narratives obtained through a questionnaire with open and closed questions, among graduates of the institution, who attended their undergraduate studies as racial quota students. The cut presented here only considers the entry of these graduates into the job market. That being said, it is known that racial quotas increased the enrollment of the black population in Brazilian public higher education, therefore, it is pertinent to research the trajectory of graduates as they enter the job market.

Palabras clave : racial quotas; job market; graduates.
