NASCIMENTO, Andréia Paro do  e  ZIBETTI, Marli Lúcia Tonatto. PRODUCTION AND DATA REGISTER IN INTERVENTIONAL RESEARCH. Revista Teias [online]. 2024, vol.25, n.78, pp.412-424.  Epub 11-Out-2024. ISSN 1982-0305.  https://doi.org/10.12957/teias.2024.79159.

In interventional research, especially that carried out as part of master’s and PhD courses, the researcher is involved in conducting the activities and is also responsible for recording the interventions, the object of the ongoing investigation. This dual role requires theoretical and practical knowledge about the instruments to be used in data production. Thus, the text discusses the possibilities and difficulties of using the field diary and filming as data recording techniques in interventional research. It is a theoretical study that draws on the contributions of different authors on the subject, to systematize useful recommendations for researchers who need to use these procedures in research in which they are challenged to act as trainers/teachers and as researchers. As a result, it was evidenced that the data production techniques, field diary and videorecording, can be instruments that help to reflect on the intervention itself and analyze the object of study and the relationships between the participants in their objective and subjective context. Didactic interventions in educational contexts make it possible to gather a lot of information, since they document actions taken, dialogues held and teaching and learning processes in the empirical field, requiring researchers to carefully plan the use of these techniques. It is concluded that such techniques are important tools in interventional research, which can contribute to the changes possible from a critical and reflective view of the researched environment.
