This article analyze the concept of micropolitics and how this theoretical production is part of a conception of schools as political organizations. The expression micropolitical refers to a series of decisions and definitions processed on a daily basis in schools. Those decisions sets up the production of a policy based on teaching positions (Southwell and Vassiliades, 2014), which could be collectives (Barreiro, Rodríguez and Stevenazzi, 2020). Teaching postitons accomplish different degrees of explanation and reflection and cannot deny their political dimension. Although, a series of material and symbolic efforts are made to exclude the political dimensions of pedagogical work.

A series of definitions are taken in action during school daily life, with few possibilities for reflection. These overlap with a management process which gradually excludes the pedagogical dimension of the school. The political dimension of everyday life and schools political dimension are particularly interesting to this article, because evidence the political-pedagogical discourses, and is in this dialectic that educational transformations are processed.
