ABSTRACT The objective of this work is to raise some reflections about the education of philosophy, offering various elements to focus as a problem basically philosophical and, from that problematization, clarify the bond that could keep with questions more specifically educational or pedagogical. If offers a possible characterization of philosophy and raises some philosophical and didactic consequences that would not follow from it, since when is faced the point of view of its education.
