This text is a result of a discussion about the current policies of social control, coincident with the critiques of the modern foundations of education in a progressive institutional opening, is a problematization of the ways of justifying the educational task in terms of human equality and its effects over the educational discourses. In this soil, the discourses of guarantee o1 rights and of inclusion proliferate, whose legitimization happens through the modern human sciences. There is the challenge of thinking about education in this permanent tension between its ethical and political heritage originating from modernity and the permanent attempts of disassembling this tradition. Maybe the largest potency of our practices occurs exactly in this tense and problematic game, little susceptible to conciliating equations. It is in the permanence of these power-knowledge games that the "humanities" of our discourses are produced.
