In order to build measuring instruments, and obtain the parameters of perception of the existence of illegal conduct issued by teachers and university students, this article presents the results of a study of 610 subjects, teachers, engineers and students from various undergraduate courses. Data collection was performed from an instrument which called on the percentage of emission of these behaviors by students, and another concerning the conduct of teachers. The results show that the different behaviors are perceived as having high levels of frequency in academia by coordinators, teachers and students, with significant differences among these three groups of subjects, as well as when considering the different IES study participants.
