The influence of the philosophy of G.W.F. Hegel in the thought of Marx was very important. Although has brought to light questionable aspects of his young master, substantially Marx assimilates “philosophy of history” and the “dialectic” of Hegel. Few, however, know that the greatest philosopher “idealist” even inspires the key elements of labor in creator of “historical materialism”. In the pages of this text, are showed the different views of these two great thinkers, but are stand out particularly the revolutionary concept of work and man that emanate from his writing, pointing horizons that can provide answers to the deep crisis in the world current.
