The aim of this paper is to present the possibility of formulating the problem of the relationship between theory of judgment and human nature in Kantian terms. Traditionally the Kantian philosophy has been interpreted in various ways, many of them focusing the Critique as a foundation work, and little or no place has earned a reflection on human nature. However, we find in the Kantian works a range of references to “human” that need to be taken into consideration at the time of studying the theory of judgment, its structure, validation and limit. To achieve this purpose, we first will make a reconstruction of Kantian route to locate the fundamental question of the critique of as a question by the possibility of judgment. Second, we present different moments in the history of Kantian interpretations to show the difficulty of returning to the Kantian question. Thirdly, we show the different moments of the Kantian work where we have elements to consider the problem of human nature as something not merely accidental. Finally, we propose the formulation of the problem. The result intends to contribute not only to the Kantian exegesis, but also with the possibility of docking, from a Kantian conceptual matrix, with the contemporary question of language-human nature.
