This article analyzes aspects pertaining to educational reforms in Bolivia, specifically questioning the effects of these reforms on the social segregation of subordinate groups in Bolivia. The aim of this study is to present an overview of the dilemmas and contradictions in the processes of educational inclusion and their connections with the changes incorporated in the materiality of school organization in the micro sphere and determinants of macro social nature. Also identify vicissitudes, ambiguities, and contradictions within the Bolivian educational reforms and limitations of opportunities of access, retention, and quality of the national education system to indigenous, native, women, farmers, people with disabilities, children, teenagers, workers, social groups that various factors are kept in situations of marginalization, exclusion, discrimination and exploitation.
