TRENTANI, Federica Marzia. L'educazione in Kant. Educação e Filosofia [online]. 2015, vol.29, n.57, pp.409-434. ISSN 1982-596x.  https://doi.org/10.14393/REVEDFIL29n57p409.

In this article I argue that Kant's pedagogy in centred on the contextual aspects which influence the realization of human rationality in the worldly sphere; according to Kant the core of education concerns indeed the relation between the individual and the community in which his personal development takes place. On the basis of the antinaturalistic framework of Kantian pedagogy I try to show that this educational perspective is 'adaptable' to different cultural contexts; moreover, I analyse the link between the pedagogical sphere and the intersubjective education of the citizen, stressing that the main point of this process concerns the transition from cultivating one's own individual abilities to the capacity to integrate them into a specific social context. I underline that Kant's conception of education focuses on the development of the Urteilskraft which can be conceived as the connecting link of all our Gemütskräfte. As a final remark, even if education pursues the moralization of human beings, I suggest that the Moralisierung is nothing but an educational process aiming at the realization of pure practical reason within social relations.
