The goal of this paper is to reflect critically on the labor category in two moments of marxian theory: the Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts, youth Marx’s text, and the Grundrisse, a text that opens a new perspective and is the key step in his mature theory. Therefore, attempts to demonstrate the need to consider the marxian theory from the totality perspective, conceiving the alienated labor as a fundamental center of capitalist social domination. Moreover, guide the importance of understanding this theory as a historical and specific critique to the capitalist social system.
