Despite the current pro-inclusion legislation, the traditional methods rooted in the teaching process evolve and confuse the flow for inclusive education, as the student is not understood as the author of his learning process. This article discusses the difference in difference as a starting point for the inclusion that extends beyond the school panorama, since many borders in the excluded person trails. It discusses the possibilities and the need to (re)invent the inclusion for the apprentices of the 21st century. The works of Gille Deleuze’s, an important thinker the Philosophy of Difference, makes up our repertoire. Five interviews were conducted on inclusion and difference with actors of different social roles. The voices enunciate the inclusion as an inherent human need and, the difference, as the human species itself.
