The aim of this paper is to investigate the challenges on comprehension of complexity immanent to multiple realities. Methodologically, given the theoretical nature of this essay, the discussions presented are accompanied by the reflections of Edgar Morin on “The Method”. The starting point for debate is the historical rupture between natural and spiritual sciences that, as consequence, enclosed science and philosophy in apparently incommunicable disciplinary compartments. With a view to overcome this isolation, a hermeneutic of complexity in order for us to understand the relations, collaborations and complements intrinsic to different kinds of knowledge.
