Abstract

HARDT, Lúcia Schneider. Freedom as a formative experience. Educação e Filosofia [online]. 2023, vol.37, n.81, pp.1349-1376.  Epub Dec 31, 2023. ISSN 1982-596X.  https://doi.org/10.14393/revedfil.v37n81a2023-67653.

The article aims to show how Nietzsche and Lispector can help us think about the experience of freedom and its impacts on human formation. Both are faithful to the land, express with their philosophy and literature a beauty of the here and now, take the floor to rehearse a non-metaphysical writing to make other horizons of meaning flourish. Thus, the issue of formation implied by freedom has the proposal to incorporate singularity as what education promotes by inventing itself, differentiating itself, affirming life in ever-changing circumstances guided by contingent and plural configurations. Freedom is expressed tragically, no part of life can be excluded, the world is the only home. We conclude that human formation takes place as a game of forces of becoming and is the most imperative task for the constitution of the human as an opening "so that many dawns that have not yet shone, may shine".

Keywords : Education; Formation; Freedom; Lispector; Nietzsche.
