The management in early childhood education acquires relevance by the need to review the training of professionals who work in it. We take as parameter discussions have been launched by the Organization and participation of a Study group, space to think on the role of managers/professionals of Basic Education, as well as the contours of the continuous training of which many are participating in and seeking to modify the practice in their institutions. This research brings a qualitative approach, whose problem has been drawing by the context lived, which operate under the aegis of interdisciplinarity in order to observe the ‘attitude’ of the subjects/managers in relation to the partnership (collective work)on articulation and theoretical knowledge with the practical knowledge, without losing sight of all l that involves policies aimed at management. It is considered on the one hand to rules that directs the national curriculum, as well as the municipality and on the other, the concept of childhood that respects the child and all its uniqueness. On the path has been outlining between the theoretical and empirical context, we find actions based on participation and autonomy of professionals/managers departing from an intentional process where everyone feels belonging to a ‘collective’ and committed with the decisions of shared management as well as with the results. Its purpose is to recognize the importance of an effort that intends to provoke reflection about the actions that enable trigger the construction of a ‘culture of management’ for the institutions of Early Childhood Education permeated by dialogue, listening to others and sharing knowledge.
