We aim to discuss the local perspective of those who represent or manage departments in municipalities - such as the City Board of Education and Schools - about global policies and its local application. From experiments performed with the board directors of CME and school managers, based on broad spectrum issues on public policies, we examined the reconfiguration processes at the municipal level, questioning if the educational policies are implemented or if they promote new organizational arrangements that accommodate both global and local perspectives, in which the production conditions of the municipal education network management practices. We used the authors Lima (2003), Mainardes (2009), and Ball (2001) to base the discussion.
