In this paper, we present some data about the Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the Post-Graduation Program in Education of the Federal University of São Carlos (PPGE/UFSCar), Brazil. The text is divided in two parts: the first one shows information about all the graduated students from 2008 to 2016 and, in the second one, quantitative data from a questionnaire sent to all masters and doctors of that same period is presented. The information of the first part was obtained through consultation of administrative documents, student records and access to the PROPGWEB system, a portal that gathers information from UFSCar postgraduate students. The data of the second part was collected from the questionnaires answered by a portion of these graduated students. These indicators can be used by researchers interested in this subject, as well as by the PPGE/UFSCar in its self-assessment.
