The strategies of private management in education, in Brazil, enable and deepen the reproduction of capital through education and its reflexes in the management of education and school. We will analyze in this article how the managerial conception of the management of education and the public school in the proposal of the Teaching Brazil program of the global Teach for All, network which operates in 40 countries and on five continents, as well as the consequences for teacher education. This peculiar form of relationship between public and private, through partnerships or other forms of management, operates through the installation of a series of market tools in the very operation of public policy and school. We will present how this institution, which operates in the public networks of Brazil, influences the formation of teachers, seeking a light training, precarious work of the teacher, using the mercantile logic and changing the content of public education, democratic management and training of teachers in this context.
