In this essay, we reflect on the possibilities of decolonizing readings in Higher Education, along with Popular Education principles, mainly those who are present in the works of Paulo Freire and Latin American authors. Methodologically, based on critical awareness, resistance and utopia. Suggesting research anchored in Freirean contributions, we finally point out considerations on the feasibility of assuming rebelliousness and resistance, facing the setbacks experienced in our country, as a collective flag regarding the fight against fascism, and all forms of oppression.
