This article, a Professional Master's in Education dissertation project, tha belongs to the Graduate Program in Education at the State University of Rio Grande do Sul - UERGS, seeks to analyze, through pedagogical letters that were conceived under the concept of Paulo Freire dialogicity, the routes taken by students from Youth and Adult Education - EJA until accessing Higher Education in relation to the rights of these subjects context.
