Observing a child scene we seek to think about the relationship between childhood riddle (Larrosa) and mute speech (Rancière). We force a move on rancierean concept in order to analyze the aids it may apport to childhood debate and its role on education. We argue on a sense of approximating arts identification regime concept and a plausible childhood identification regime. Throughout a theoretical debate between aesthetic and political aspects, in the wake of a scene method, we exploit some meaningful networks of a politics of childhood beyond all polices of childhood.

Keywords : childhood; mute speech; Rancière; dissent scenes; arts aesthetical regime.
