Teacher training programs in science museums may allow the museum to be closer to the school and teachers. Therefore, Dica Museum offered the course "Light and Life", looking to promote reflections about the teachers practices and create a dialogical environment. Thus, this paper looked to understand the relationships of these teachers with the subject and with the dialogical proposal of the course. We found difficulties for the establishment of the dialogue, showing the expectation of a transmissive approach to the content. Despite the difficulties, we noticed the enthusiasm of the teachers in relation to the course.
