Human Anatomy studies the body by different methods, including active methodologies. This study aim to report one of the methodologies used during the Latu Sensu Specialization Course. Twenty students were divided in four groups to elaborated a script containing names of bonies, muscular and articular structures of head and neck. Then, the scripts were passed to the next group for photographic registration of the anatomical structures listed. The same script was given to other groups to identify the structures in the images and the sequence for correction. It was finalized with the conference and analysis of the original group that elaborated the list of structures. It is possible to notice differences between the groups in the quantity of structures selected, generating succinct or extensive scripts. It is concluded that such method was effective to complement the theoretical and practical study of the contentes and requiring intense involvement of the students.
