Analysis of the conceptions of nature of didactic books under a holistic and transforming perspective. It foments quarrels between the professionals of the education about the paper of the book as reproductive of the dominant ideologies in relation to the natural resources, from the study of a sample of 67 headings of the area of Sciences. The predominance of the vision argues occidental person and capitalist of dominator man of the nature and its implications on the education and society. It concludes that the book of Sciences of the initial series despite the changes in some aspects continues with the vision of the paper of dominator man of the nature, making it difficult the awareness and respect about the ambient problems.
