The impetuous development of the science and contemporary technique in general and specify inside Cuban reality is destining to satisfy the increasing needs of our society, which lead to the continuous educational system improvement according to the requirement, needs and exigency of our country. For understanding all results that are showed by the Cuban education and inside it the higher education in that way, it necessary an historical reflection as a logical and methodology support of the Cuban educational fact. Nowadays , the major impact of our higher education from the social, politic, economic and formative point of view are constituted by the drawing and implementation of the university model in which the main objective is to expand the university education to other municipalities of the country and irradiate Knowledge and a better culture across this method which has a lot of and original modals to guarantee a free man who is going to keep an independent society. Our present research paper shows a panoramic of the Cuban Higher Education, beginning of the historical until the contemporarily and inside it the new challenge that has been imposed for the social-political in a world scale.
