The present work presents some reflections regarding the Physics teachers' initial formation, through the analysis of the impact of the supervised apprenticeship, in particular the class regency, in students of Physics of Londrina State University. The analysis is centered mainly in the trainees' impressions about theirs experiences as teachers and about the school teacher attitudes during the class regency. The data refer to three trainees that accomplished the regency in a central school of Londrina. To analyze the experience, we are using the metaphor of the "teacher as a place", having as theoretical framework the lacanian Psychoanalysis, where the transfer concept appears as central for that "place" to be built.
