The aim of this task is to analyse the introduction of a public policy from a project called "Good Reference Schools" with the Professional Development Program for Educators that was made by "Superintendência Regional de Ensino" in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais. Preparing teachers in both Federal and State scopes. The program intends to include teachers as builders in the professional development by activities with pedagogical support to introduce new proposals for a good academic record according to the one they have to follow called "Currículo Básico Comum". Based on important facts four teachers have reported and some documents analysis, we conclude that there are a few doubts about introducing the new proposal at schools that have to be solved.
