In the research, participated eight masters students with training in the following areas of knowledge: biology, physics, chemistry and pedagogy. To obtain the data, questionnaires and interviews were used. The results indicate that the master´s students have a well developed PCK, despite the difficulties in relating the environmental theme to the area specific content.
