ALVES, Kallyne Kafuri and COCO, Valdete. INDICATORS OF THE BRAZILIAN CONTEXT IN THE MATERIALIZATION OF THE AGREEMENT ON EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION. Eccos Rev. Cient. [online]. 2020, n.54, e10581. Epub Feb 03, 2024. ISSN 1983-9278. https://doi.org/10.5585/eccos.n54.10581.
In the context of educational policies, the article focuses on the policy of covenant as a strategy to advance the indicators of care in Child Education (EI). In the core of the problematizations about the processes of privatization in education, the objective is to map how Brazil's Child Education Institutions (IEIC) and, according to the context of a state, to explore the indicators on the profile of teachers. It uses a Bakhtinian theoretical-methodological reference to refer to the responsibility of guaranteeing the security of the right to education, in a way analogous to the agreement in the EI offer and as conditions present in the teaching work in IEICs. It adopts an exploratory qualitative methodology, such as databases, information provided by the National Education Development Fund (FNDE) and the CultivEduca platform. Concluding challenges in the EI offer, implying victory over relations between the public and private sector, impacting the teaching work, especially in the IEICs.
