This text recovers and reflects on some educational performances developed by teachers as related to pedagogical renewal, which can stand as living examples of the experience of initial and permanent teachers’ training. The aim is to recover and visualize everything which is present and working positively at schools to learn from, and also to face the dangers and under-achievements in which those performances may be trapped, in order to keep open the way to desire and questioning.
