Abstract

The essay presents some aspects and guiding principles of systems of political training courses developed by the working classes, since 1988 until the end of the second half of the 1990s, through the Fundação Nativo da Natividade - FNN. Methodological grounds were based on the dialectical method, the employment of a systematized ideological formation, the establishment of new principles of political behavior, the stimulus to critical thinking and creativity, the responsibility of every one with their own training and with the formation of other partners and the commitment to concrete action for social transformation. It highlights the importance and necessity of political education for workers, recognizing that it must not be reduced to technical and immediate expertise, but also allow the growth of their awareness of social hegemony in the dispute.
