This article proposes to reflect on the different interferences that external agents cause on the teaching work. The objective is to identify and analyze situations that interfere in the teaching practice and in the development of the organization of the pedagogical work in the classroom. The reflection is based on classroom observations of the pedagogical practices of 05 teachers from the initial years of elementary school in a school in the Municipal Public Network of Sinop, Mato Grosso. The problematic of this analysis is characterized by understanding the importance of school dynamics in the development of teaching practices, as well as understanding the importance of school organization and management, with a view to developing a collaborative work among educational agents, for the renewal in and school.
